Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

100 Days of Discipline ("the App") is a habit tracking application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is handled.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you create — habits, scores, reflections, journeys, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage and, on iOS, UserDefaults for widget data).

No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use it.

No Analytics or Tracking

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No usage data is sent to us or any third party.

Network Requests

The App may make optional network requests to fetch motivational quotes from public quote APIs (ZenQuotes, Quotable). These requests do not include any personal or identifiable information.

Notifications

The App may send local notifications (milestone reminders, streak warnings) if you grant permission. These are scheduled entirely on-device and do not involve any external push notification service.

Data Export

The App provides a backup/export feature that saves your data as a file on your device. You control where this file is stored and shared. We never have access to it.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since no data leaves your device, no age-specific data is processed.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
